We live in a time in which convenience is at a premium and one or two outlets just won’t do. As a family in which we have many electronic items from tablets to cell phones to Ipads to laptops, the one outlet family we are not. I got this outlet/ surge protector in order to avoid the battles over who gets the juice. The 6 USB outlet did just that for me and I love it for that. It is a very nicely built and sturdy surge protector which comes with a convenient on and off switch. As I am a person who is always charging one device or another and while I do love this for the convenience in charging my devices I have gotten from I guess what more I would have loved was to have brackets to hold the charging devices in place while plugged in. I am overall happy with this item and would recommend it to friends as well as possibly ordering more for the rest of my house. The fact that I received this product free of charge or at a discounted rate had no influence on my thoughts regarding this product.
